STYLE} nail art studio Golden Flower Child 1. Polish the free edge in gold to create a French. 2. Use black polish to add curved lines on top of the gold. 3. Use black polish to add spirals on top of the gold. Add a glitter gold dot toward the base of the nail. Add gold (the same color as the French) dots around it as flower petals. 4. Add gold petals until the flower is complete. Add a curved line of black dots emanating from the flower, with each dot being smaller than the previous one. Triana Ramirez, San Pedro, Calif. Island Sunset 1. On a flat surface or palette, apply small dots of light blue, pink, yellow, and dark blue acrylic paint. Dip a fan nail art brush into the paint, then drag it across the whole nail. Repeat two times. 2. Use a black striper to add a line, starting at the middle of the nail and pulling to the corner. Make the bottom thicker. Draw triangles resembling an island. 3. Use a black striper to draw five lines emanating out of the center of the first line. 4. Use a black striper to draw smaller lines out of each of the five lines. Cleanse. 3. Apply Gelish Top It Of Sealer to the free edge only to create a French. 4. Perfect the smile line. Cure. Cleanse. 5. Use nail glue to add a variety of embellishments to the smile line.
