{nails file} SkillsUSA Picks National Winners At the 2013 SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference, the best students compete for medals. In the nail care category, contestants are evaluated on oral communication skills, acrylic application, tip and wrap application, nail polish application, nail art, and a written exam (which consists of proper sanitation, chemical safety, salon procedures, and more).
