Paint swirly decorations with black gel paint and cure. 2. Press on transfer foil over sticky decorations. 3. Apply gel paint and glitter where the frst stone should go, and cure. Follow with 3-D liquid stone gel and create the gem. 4. Repeat and fll second gem. 5. Finish with clear gel. For the stamp design: 1. Cut, size, and stick real postage stamps over blue gel. 2.
