STYLE}nail art studio Flake Frenzy 1. Use a sponge to apply baby blue polish to the nail, tapping and moving slightly back and forth to produce a fading eff ect. 2. Make a thin white line straight across the nail. Add a perpendicular white line. Add two white lines at 45 degrees. 3. Add small lines and dots symmetrically around the central lines. Apply black acrylic paint to create the penguin head and wings. 3. Use white and black acrylic paint to add the eyes. Use orange acrylic paint to add the nose and feet.
