STYLE}nail art studio Flake Frenzy 1. Use a sponge to apply baby blue polish to the nail, tapping and moving slightly back and forth to produce a fading eff ect. 2. Make a thin white line straight across the nail. Add a perpendicular white line. Add two white lines at 45 degrees. 3. Add small lines and dots symmetrically around the central lines. Brie Minar, League City, Texas Polar Penguin 1. Apply teal acrylic diagonally to the free edge. Apply purple acrylic diagonally and adjacent to the teal. Apply sheer pink acrylic to the rest of the nail. Apply chunky silver glitter acrylic on top. 2. Apply white acrylic paint in a white circle on top of the French. Apply black acrylic paint to create the penguin head and wings. 3. Use white and black acrylic paint to add the eyes. Use orange acrylic paint to add the nose and feet.
