Fun Fact: A little wine after work can actually be a healthy additive to your diet. Some ingredients in wine like resveratrol, piceatannol, and anthocyanin are known to be beneficial to healthy cell growth and can help lower bad cholesterol, reduce the risk of blood clots, and wine has even been reported to help fight cancer, obesity, and diabetes. (All in moderate doses of course, which is different for every individual but generally regarded as up to one drink, or five ounces, daily for women.)
