The How To Do Anything Better Guide sponsored by 6 NAIL TECH-TESTED HACKS TO Make Your Job Even Easier 1. Expert Touch Nail Wipes to the rescue! If your client has a horizontal crack in the nail plate and you don't want to cut the nail or fix it with enhancements, you can easily mend it with an Expert Touch Nail Wipe and nail glue. Cut a small piece of an Expert Touch Nail Wipe and glue it over the crack using Thin Set Glue. Then buff with a 220/280 buffer. Apply lacquer or GelColor as usual. 2. Aluminum foil = color palette. Whether you're creating nail art or experimenting with new color combinations, try cutting up small squares of foil to create a convenient and disposable color palette. 3. Soak don't scrape! Speed up the GelColor removal process with these easy steps. Saturate Expert Touch Removal Wraps in Expert Touch Lacquer Remover. Tightly wrap around each nail. Place a plastic mitt or latex glove on each hand then wrap each hand with a terry cloth towel. The heat generated by the mitt and towel will help break down the gel color faster and prevent damage from scraping or drilling. 4. Thumbs up! When sculpting acrylics, start with the thumb. It takes the longest to set, because it's the largest surface. 5. No more stained top coat. To prevent your GelColor Top Coat from getting stained, try wiping the dispersion layer with an Expert Touch Nail wipe soaked with NAS 99. 6. Fix a fine line in tight space? No problem. Try using a disposable eyeliner brush soaked in NAS 99 to clean up fine lines in your nail art or to create negative spaces in your design. This will avoid ruining the rest of your masterpiece.
