Apply a small bead of red acrylic powder to half of the free edge. Repeat with blue acrylic powder. Encapsulate the entire nail in clear powder. 3. Contour the nail to desired shape. Remove debris with alcohol and seal the nail with gel top coat. Once cured, paint a white shooting star. Finish the design with top coat and cure. American Gold 1. Polish nails white and allow to dry. 2. Using a sponge, carefully dab red polish on various parts of the nails. 3. Using the same technique and the clean side of a sponge, dab blue polish over the white polish. Add more white, red, or blue as desired. 4. While the polish is tacky, apply gold leaf, and seal the look with top coat. Prep the nails with a dry manicure for gel application and apply a base coat. 2. Apply two coats of a deep sparkly blue and cure. Apply a top coat and cleanse to remove sticky layer. 3. Using a very fne brush, paint white stars in diferent sizes on the nail. Cure to keep the lines crisp! 4. Next, outline the stars with a thin white line. Cure.
